Charlotte and Fort Mill:
Monday – Friday with service available from 6:00AM through 9:00AM and 7:00PM through 10:00PM.
Saturday 11:00AM – 2:00PM.
No pick up on Sundays.

Do I have to be home for the pickup and delivery?

It is not necessary to be present for pickup or delivery as long as we agree upon the method to receive/drop off your laundry. You can leave your laundry outside your front door. Is there a charge or minimum amount for pickup or delivery? For wash/fold and dry cleaning orders, the EcoFresh Dry Cleaners requires a minimum order of $19.95. We do not charge a delivery fee.

 

Do you offer dry cleaning services/tailoring?

Yes, we provide eco-friendly dry cleaning and tailoring.

 

Do you have “Same Day” service?

We currently provide “same-day” service for wash-fold orders. Same day orders must be submitted by 4:30 AM that day; return will be anytime from 6:00-10:00 PM the same day. There is a $12 express fee.

 

How long does your laundry service take?

Return of your laundry occurs within 24 hours, depending upon weather and road conditions.

 

How can I pay for your laundry services?

You are able to pay for our cleaning services either by debit card or credit card. We accept all major credit cards.

 

Can I manage my laundry services requests online?

Definitely! We encourage you to create an account with EcoFresh Dry Cleaners under the “Your Account” tab on our website. All the key information in your profile will enable us to accurately and professionally process your service orders.

 

What if I don’t have internet service?

If you do not have access to the internet, call us at (704) 800-5555. We will process your order, based on your requirements, in a timely manner.

 

What do I do if I have a problem with my laundry upon delivery?

Should there be an issue with your laundry, call us immediately and we will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Please understand that some issues, like persistent stains, may not be able to be resolved regardless of available products and our efforts.

 

Does EcoFresh Dry Cleaners handle corporate accounts?

Yes, we welcome corporate accounts with pickup/delivery from your office or place of business on a regularly scheduled basis.
