  • Minimum: There is a minimum charge of $14.95 for pickup service. There is a $0.50 charge for every ten pounds of laundry for Softener.
  • Missed Pickup or Delivery: At the time of pick up or delivery, if no one is home we have a $5.00 charge.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: EcoFresh Dry Cleaners denies any responsibility for lost or damaged items, should the claim be made more than 30-days after delivery to the customer.
  • Tax: Prices do not reflect taxes or gratuity.
  • Infestation: ALL orders with infestation are charged $2.99 per pound.

 

By using our website and our service you ‘’customer” agreement to following terms set forth;
EcoFresh Dry Cleaners (“EcoFresh Dry Cleaners”) is pleased to provide laundry service to you (“you” or the “customer”), subject to your compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read the following provisions carefully. Your use of the EcoFresh Dry Cleaners service indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not so agree, you should inform us and cease using the service immediately. This agreement is strictly between EcoFresh Dry Cleaners and its customers and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties.

EcoFresh Dry Cleaners will use reasonable efforts to maintain a high quality cleaning service. EcoFresh Dry Cleaners accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions, and accepts no liability for items treated in accordance with the care labels or other instructions provided. EcoFresh Dry Cleaners accepts no liability for “special care” items that include special attention to be cleaned or that do not have care instructions; provided, however, EcoFresh Dry Cleaners will take special care of items that are placed in a separate plastic bag (provided by the customer) located within the customer’s laundry bag if the plastic bag is clearly labeled “delicates.” EcoFresh Dry Cleaners is not responsible for clothing bleeding, shrinking, or otherwise changing as a result of normal washing procedures. Precautions will be taken to alleviate these problems if possible. EcoFresh Dry Cleaners reserves the right to refuse to clean any garment. EcoFresh Dry Cleaners does not guarantee the removal of all stains. EcoFresh Dry Cleaners will have its cleaning service re-clean items that, in its sole discretion, were not properly cleaned and have not been worn since they were cleaned. EcoFresh Dry Cleaners is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or laundry bags such as money, jewelry, or any other item. The customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in its laundry bags. We cannot hold unclaimed garments for more than 3 months. Beyond this period, unclaimed garments will be donated to charity accordingly.

EcoFresh is not liable for reimbursing new items purchased by the customer to replace lost or damaged items. Our liability with respect to any lost or damaged item shall not exceed more than five times our charge for cleaning the item, regardless of brand or condition.

Dry Cleaning Damage Policy

Lost Item Policy
Every measure is taken to ensure there is no loss of personal property. However, in the rare instance that items are missing, a claim must be submitted within 48 hours from the time of pick up or delivery, along with a receipt or proof of purchase and the delivery ticket. Reimbursement (preferably in the form of store credit) will amount to the the lower of:
•    5 times our charge for cleaning the item;
•    Replacement value of the garment(s). 100% if purchase made under 30 days, 50% from 31-120 days and 25% after 1 year of purchase.

Wash & Fold Policy
Reimbursements for lost or damaged items tendered through our Wash & Fold laundering service may be issued if a detailed list of each item is accompanied with the order at the time of drop off. The list must include the brand, item style, color and size of each individual item in the order. The value of the reimbursement for Wash & Fold services shall not exceed more than 10 times our charge for cleaning the order, preferably in the form of store credits. If no list is provided at the time of drop off, EcoFresh is not responsible for any lost or damaged items and there will be NO REIMBURSEMENTS or compensation of any form.
EcoFresh does all laundry in state-of-the-art washing machines and therefore does not take “Hand washing” instructions. Items requiring “hand washing” must be clearly separated and labeled by the customer and they will be washed using a “gentle cycle”. EcoFresh denies any responsibility if the garments are damaged in the process, given the unique nature of such garments.

Payment:
The customer must pay the agreed-upon charges prior to delivery of any garment. All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. EcoFresh Dry Cleaners reserves the right to charge payment for excess laundry or pickup to the customer’s credit card on file.

Refunds:
EcoFresh Dry Cleaners shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid by the customer, but it may choose to do so in its sole and absolute discretion. If EcoFresh Dry Cleaners agrees to pay a refund after such fourteen-day period, EcoFresh Dry Cleaners will refund the amount paid by the customer less (i) a five percent (5%) processing fee.

Delivery Schedule:
Laundry pickup must be scheduled in advance by the customer. Pickup and delivery will take place each week on Monday through Saturday, except on certain holidays determined by EcoFresh Dry Cleaners in its sole discretion. Pick ups will be made two (2) times per day between 6am – 9am & 7pm – 10pm. EcoFresh Dry Cleaners reserves the right to determine the pickup and delivery times in its sole discretion and reserves the right to reschedule pickup and delivery times upon prior notice to the customer.

Pick Up and Delivery, Procedure and Terms:
EcoFresh Dry Cleaners will provide the customer with laundry bags and identification cards. EcoFresh Dry Cleaners reserves the right not to pick up items that are not in these bags, but may decide to pick up such items in its sole discretion. The customer agrees not to include any of the following that are in or attached to any of the items to be cleaned or inside any of the customer’s laundry bags: (i) non-washable items, (ii) items that are labeled for hand washing and/or dry-cleaning only, or (iii) any other items not meant for laundering or dry-cleaning. The customer is responsible for any and all damage caused by any items left in the customer’s clothing or laundry bag that cause damage to the clothing of any customer, the cleaning machines, or any other property of EcoFresh Dry Cleaners or its customers. EcoFresh Dry Cleaners is not responsible for, and shall not pay for, any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended by the customer for pickup or delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring that his/her EcoFresh Dry Cleaners laundry bag is in the possession of a EcoFresh Dry Cleaners employee, and for initialing the pickup and delivery confirmation sheets unless otherwise instructed by EcoFresh Dry Cleaners.

Missed/Unattended Delivery or Pick Up:
If the customer misses a scheduled pickup or delivery during a given time, customer agrees and authorize EcoFresh Dry Cleaners to automatically charge a $5 missed pick up/delivery fee for each occurrence, this $5 missed pickup/delivery also applies to first time user.

Use of Third-Party Service Providers:
EcoFresh Dry Cleaners or its associates will deliver the customer’s items to and from a laundering and dry-cleaning service of EcoFresh Dry Cleaners choice. EcoFresh Dry Cleaners reserves the right to utilize any outsourcer, vendor, or outside service provider, for any service, in its sole discretion, without notice to the customer. EcoFresh Dry Cleaners is not responsible for, and will not be held liable for, any damage or loss due to the acts or omissions of its vendors, third party outsourcers, or service providers.

Disclaimer
By purchasing our services, the customer agrees they are at risk at all times for the loss or damage of their personal property. Therefore, the customer agrees any claims and reimbursements must be made in accordance to EcoFresh’s policies.

In no event will EcoFresh Dry Cleaners be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental or punitive loss or damages, whether or not EcoFresh Dry Cleaners knew or should have know of the likelihood of any such loss or damages. EcoFresh Dry Cleaners disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the services rendered to the customer.
